Seymour-Sheridan, Inc. entered the welded bellows market in 1965 and the float market in 1969. High production equipment and methods developed by the founder, D. Luke Morgan, allowed welded bellows to be cost effective in new markets and enabled floats to be manufactured to high quality and performance standards. The tradition of applying modern engineering techniques to manufacturing is continued today. Since 1965 extensive performance and scientific data has been accumulated to aid in the design of new products.
